We manufacture potato cakes for supermarkets. This video is one day at work condensed and lasts a minute.

I am a fully qualified baker. I own a bakery business in the North West of England, UK. My business mainly manufactures for foodservice and some retail. I have been a baker for 40 years and have a wealth of knowledge on our industry. I also own and operate 5 more distribution depots serving the whole of the North of England.
