Lidl has overtaken Waitrose to become the seventh largest retailer in the UK as the discounters continue grow at more than four times the rate of the Big 4

  1. I must say that shopping at Lidl has been a revelation. Prices are good and the quality of items like smoked salmon and filter coffee are way beyond waitrose. They really deserve to thrive ion a crazily busy marketplace. We all gain!
