My name is Howard Hunter and I am the Managing Director of a bakery called Coultons Bread Ltd. We supply our own products to schools, supermarkets, hospitals, colleges, hotels and shops. I have been in the bakery industry for over 40 years and still love the business. I left school at the age of 16 and trained to be a baker at Salford College. I received my City & Guilds after 3 years training. I have managed bakeries and always wanted to own my own business which I achieved in 1975.

  1. Hello Mr. Hunter! I am a novice bread baker myself (at home), but I was wondering if you had any suggestions for a good place for a home baker to buy ‘specialty’ pans, such as pans to make Hamburger Buns, or Sub/Hoagie Rolls, etc.


    1. Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.If you are baking at home I suggest that you look for baking trays on Amazon. I cant think of anywhere you could be the sub roll type tray in a shop . they are called indented trays if that helps when you search the web.
